What reviewers say
Four of the five reviewers are positive, and the fifth likes it but can’t stand that it smells like laundry or fabric softener. One calls it her go-to, great for just scrunching in and heading out on short hair that doesn’t need much hold. Another says she can’t smell it without bad memories, but liked how it worked. It is harder to find in stores than the rest of the range.
Praised for
- Quick to apply, with no fuss
- Good on short hair that needs little hold
- A staple for some
Complaints
- A fabric-softener scent
- Harder to find in stores
- Few reviews so far

I've used them since probably 2010. They've got a great line with something for everyone (white chick with low porosity half-grey 3B and I've used and liked Jelly Soft, Quick Curls, Feather Soft, MultiCultural Curls and the leave in conditioner; I feel like I've tried others too) but the scents are an enormous drawback if you're at all sensitive to strong smells - I'm not, generally, in hair care but they're still too much - and if you're strictly CG most of their stuff has silicones or other no-nos. But thanks to this thread I'm fighting with myself not to add a tube of Feather Soft to my Amazon cart, if that tells you anything.

My go-to styler: great for just scrunching in and going on my short hair, which doesn't need much hold. Harder to find in stores.

Its a little harder to find in stores, but Quick Curls is my go to styler. My hair is short enough that I don't need a ton of hold and it's great for just crunching in and going.

The leave in conditioner, jelly soft curls and green quick curls are regular staples in my routine. hate the curly pudding, smells weird to me and weighs down my hair.

I like Quick Curls and use it but whyyyyyy does it smell like laundry? I don't want to smell fabric softener by my face!
